For the off-taker: Reva Flora Culture was paying ₹7.50+/kWh to the grid. Under the PPA they pay ₹4.50/kWh, fixed for 25 years, zero capex, zero maintenance.
For the investor: The same PPA provides a secured 25-year cashflow stream underpinned by a creditworthy off-taker and an MPERC-regulated grid connection.
