How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your r-solar Connect account and all associated personal data, follow these four steps:

Open your email app

Start a new email from the address registered with your r-solar Connect account.

Use this exact subject line

Type Delete Account in the subject field.

Include your account details

In the message body, provide your full name and registered mobile number so we can locate your account.

Send and await confirmation

Email your request to it@farmkart.com. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Full name and contact details (mobile number, email address)
Saved addresses and location data
Solar system enquiry history and project details
Account preferences and notification settings
Any personalized recommendations or saved calculations
All other personal information linked to your account

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please save any enquiry references or system details you may need before submitting your request.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 3 business days of receiving it. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once completed.
